Nelly and Al are patient and very friendly! Their customer service is exceptional and they really go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I wanted to buy glasses and Nelly spent over 2 hours helping me. I tried on all kinds of frames and she recommended some chic ones for me that looked great. This local mom and pop eyeglass place is awesome!
